How to use it. The number 1 mark is for the center of 1 inch tube. Each mark from then on is in 1/8 steps. The increments are as follows.

Inch (1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, 1-3/8”, 1-1/2”, 1-5/8”, 1-3/4”, 1-7/8”, 2”)
