Roll Cage Fabrication with 3D Printed Tools, Tube Magnets are your best friend

3D printed Tube Magnets

Fabricating race car chassis and roll cages often times requires some one to hold things in place for you while you tack weld. Not any more. Don’t get me wrong we like building with our friends and co workers but when your on your own or don’t want to interrupt someone then that is the time to pull out the mag tools. Once you use one of these tools you’ll want a hundred more. With all our tools you can 3D print these tube magnets at home or in the shop and buy hardware from us. That way you can save big and make as many as your heart wants. They make fantastic gifts to. So make a few for your friends that are always asking for help on their builds.

Holding Strength and Size

We have created three sizes for holing tubes. Each race car class will tell you what size tubes to use. For small 1 inch tubes or less our small magnet tube holder is perfect. For tube sizes 1-1/4 to 2 inch our medium tool dose a good job on shorter pieces of tubing usually used on pieces less than two feet in length. For any tube 1-1/4 to 2 inch that is longer than two feet, the large magnetic tube holder is just right. All tools pivot 180 degrees to accommodate any tube connection on the most complex roll cages and race car chassis. Most people buy three or four magnets. Holding one tube in place is one thing. But fitting up a roll cage or race car chassis can often times require a lot of tubes be held in place all at once. Building race car chassis and roll cages is part of the fun. Don’t let falling tubes and crooked frames ruin it. Get some magnets from us or make some you won’t regret it.
